Before launching Monumental Strides in 2022, I spent nearly two decades creating incredible destinations and attractions—theme parks, zoos, aquariums, museums, water parks, and more—around the world. As a theme park enthusiast with a background in business, architecture, and engineering, I had landed my dream job! I loved traveling to different countries, experiencing new cultures, and working with wildly creative teams. What could be better than this?

Then something happened that rocked my world - I became a mother of two amazing boys. Suddenly, the joy of traveling and the excitement of my job faded in comparison to the precious moments I was missing in my sons’ lives. My vision of leading the design for international destinations no longer aligned with my new “why.”

I realized there had to be a better way—one that would continue to support my passion for helping businesses envision and build big dreams while creating a better balance that reflected my values.

That’s when Monumental Strides was born. Our mission is to help businesses dream big and achieve meaningful success. While revenue is an important metric, we know it’s not the only measure of success. We guide organizations in clearly defining their unique visions, understanding what it takes to reach those goals, and designing actionable and achievable plans to make them a reality. 

As business strategists, we help teams prioritize strategies that align with their resources and navigate unexpected challenges along the way. We teach the principles of planning, encouraging teams to periodically pause, assess progress, and revise their plans as needed. We remind everyone that small changes lead to monumental strides over time and to focus on empowering teams to operate proactively and intentionally as they grow.
